Croft & Little wants you to buy from us confident that you will not find a lower price, or better service. If you find a lower "To-Your-Door" price we will refund 110% of the difference. The "To-Your-Door" price is the total price of the order delivered to your door, including product costs, tax, shipping and/or handling fees. The competitor must be a US based manufacturer authorized retailer. The product must be the identical, including United States specs. Croft & Little must be able to directly verify the competitors price with a uniquely identifiable invoice, faxed or emailed to Croft & Little, dated within 15 days of the Croft & Little purchase. Invoice must include actual shipping and handling costs (shipping estimates are not acceptable).

Pricing for certain brands with universal pricing policies can only be matched, not beaten by 10% of the difference. The 110% Price Protection Guarantee does not apply to Hubbardton Forge, Holtkoetter, Fanimation, Minka Lavery brand products. Other restrictions may apply.

Shipping & Processing Charges

For a limited time, we are offering free UPS ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States on all orders over $50. For orders less than $50, UPS ground shipping will be offered at $15.00. Items are generally in stock, allowing us to ship soon after your order is placed, although we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Items are shipped from the warehouse closest to your mailing address that has the item in stock. Large orders may be shipped by freight at our discretion.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Canada: you will be assessed a placeholder shipping fee of $40 per item. We will then forward an email to you with an accurate shipping quote for your order and we will contact you to obtain approval prior to shipping.

Croft & Little is required by law to charge sales tax on orders SHIPPED TO California state addresses. But we'll pay the tax. Satisfaction Guaranteed: Our Return Policy

Croft & Little is dedicated to providing our customers a superior shopping experience and is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 100% refund on unused, never installed merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling costs; however, we are unable to accept returns on custom modifications, such as track heads with extensions, or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website). Any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of $15. For example, if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned some items, we would issue a credit to you for the price you paid for the returned merchandise, but we would deduct the greater of what we actually paid in shipping or $15.00. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Croft & Little. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and received by Croft & Little in new condition and in the original packaging, including outer boxes when applicable. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, trackable shipping method to return items. We do not accept returns on light bulbs.

Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) which can be requested by e-mailing and items must be received by us within 10 calendar days from when we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back. Defective W.A.C. Lighting products may be repaired or exchanged for replacements during the five year manufacturer warranty period; contact us for warranty policies of any other manufacturers we carry.

Croft & Little does not itself warranty the products offered for sale on this website. For the lines carried, please contact us for warranty information. CROFT & LITTLE LLC (CROFT & LITTLE) AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO GOODS OR SERVICES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM CROFT & LITTLE, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION PRESENT, EVEN IF CROFT & LITTLE OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
